Her sire with his large frame and considerable athleticismwas the free jumping champion of the grading in Neumünster (2001). He combines the jumping genes of the Elite Stallion Sixtus(sire of Buddenbrock, Kasparow, Lafayette, and Peron Junior)., and the dressage genes fo the Elite Stallion Angard. Axis was the highest scoring Trakehner stallion of his Performance Test(Index of 122.95, Neustadt-Dosse, 2002). Axisis the sire of Hirtentanz and Ballzauber. Axis has had a busy dressage performance career under the tutilage of Terhi Stegars, and is competing at the Grand Prix level.
The Elite Stallion Mackensen was a stamping sire for the Trakehner and Rheinland, and produced outstanding performance horses in all disciplines. His son Velasquez was a talented showjumper
